- Architecture Review: Conducted deep review of existing infrastructure and product, delivering a comprehensive assessment report with recommendations
- Roadmap Analysis: Analyzed product roadmap including size estimations and prioritization to guide hiring and development decisions
- Hiring Process Design: Designed and deployed new hire interviews and onboarding procedures, then conducted technical interviews and assessments
- EMR Migration: Wrote screen-scraping export tools to migrate data between EMR systems
- AWS Infrastructure: Designed, built, and deployed initial AWS infrastructure using CDK, migrating from previous cloud vendor
- Security Improvements: Addressed security tasks including forced TLS/HTTPS, session timeout enforcement, and branch protection rules
