Challenge
Tribe AI needed to enhance their internal agent framework to better support forward-deployed engineers and consultants building agentic software for large enterprise clients.
Contributions
- Documentation Platform: Designed and built a comprehensive web-based documentation site following the Diataxis framework, including API documentation generated from code, architecture overviews, and how-to guides
- MCP Server Support: Implemented support for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, enabling agents to interact with external tools and services
- File Abstraction Layer: Built a file abstraction allowing users to easily interact with both local and remote files within agent workflows
Results
Enhanced the Foundry platform’s developer experience and capabilities, enabling faster agent development across Tribe AI’s enterprise client engagements.
